Aftermarket Sales Consulant

We require the services of a mature, professional Sales Consultant with experience in sales, not necessarily within the Automotive Industry, however, possessing a track record in achieving sales targets with excellent customer relationship skills is.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated to achieve targets and always trying to exceed our Guest’s (customer’s) expectations. A high level of presentation, a friendly and co-operative personality with an assertive, professional can-do attitude displayed will assist you in success.

Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and closing skills are essential. Attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate quotations is a must. You will be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can deal with high volume sale pressure; possessing excellent organisational and time management skills.

Whilst possessing an understanding of the Automotive Sales scene is an advantage, it is not a pre-requisite.

Business Manager

With the pending growth of our business, we require the services of a professional and experienced Business Manager with a track record in achieving targets with excellent customer relationship skills.

You must possess a good understanding of the Automotive Finance scene, and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.

The Business Manager is responsible to sell finance, insurance and warranty packages to new and pre-owned car guests, whilst maintaining complete guest satisfaction.

Pre Delivery Detailer

Pre Delivery Detailer

We are seeking an experienced Detailer with a passion to prepare pre delivery vehicles to an exceptional standard.

Working from our Girraween location, your main responsibilities will be to detail the interiors and exteriors of new and pre-owned vehicles, ready for delivery to our Guests. This will include cleaning, polishing and buffing the exteriors of vehicles, cleaning vehicle glass, painting tyres, cleaning and steam cleaning seats, carpets, steam cleaning of engine and under door jams, spraying selected areas under vehicle chassis and report any vehicle anomalies, if detected.

To succeed and be considered for this role, you must be an experienced detailer with an eye for detail, always striving for presentation perfection. Your skills must include experience in buffing new vehicles and holding a current NSW driver’s licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

To provide outstanding service to our Guests; you must be reliable, physically fit, able to work to tight deadlines, possess exceptional attention to detail, be a team player with a mature and positive disposition and a willingness to 'shine' by taking pride with all tasks performed.
