We need a polished, professional, personable and proactive Senior Receptionist to lead our Toyota & Lexus reception teams into new levels of service excellence.

To succeed in this role you need…

  • A game face – the ability to perform your role in a professional and polished manner, putting customer impressions at the forefront.
  • The capacity to juggle reception activities with administrative priorities & staffing needs
  • The empathy and commitment to supervise and mentor a team of receptionists to ensure coverage for customer satisfaction and well-being for the team
  • The willingness to spend a few hours each day in the receptionist roles while your team takes breaks
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to solving customer, staffing and process needs
  • The tenacity and professionalism to balance customer needs with deadlines and workloads

We are seeking a fulltime Entry-Level Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service within our busy Toyota Service Department at Granville.

In this role you are the liaison between the dealership and our valued customers, providing them vehicle repair, maintenance and service information.  The role will begin in the Service Reception position for a period of learning and then progress to our Service Advisor team where you will learn the business from an award-winning team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering and responding to customer enquiries and service bookings both face to face and via phone
  • Ensuring an 8am early arrival to set up the day 
  • Greeting our customers on arrival, listening and responding to their requests and processing their vehicle repairs
  • Communicating general technical information to our customers
  • Contacting our customers with follow up calls on the status of their vehicles and/or recent vehicle service
  • Thorough processing of administrative paperwork to close out all service transactions each day
  • Ensure excellent presentation of our Service Centre at all times
  • Support the Service team whenever necessary

While the role is entry-level, to be successful in the position you need:

  • Customer Service experience and have an interest in cars
  • Automotive technical knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • A current and valid NSW driver’s licence
  • Experience in following administrative processes
  • Experience learning new technologies
  • A friendly, approachable and helpful personality
  • High motivation to delight our customers with service excellence
  • Proactive approach to your responsibilities and the success of the team
  • An ability to work calmly and organised under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Working Mon-Fri in our Church Street location, the roles provide customer service excellence to our clients by responding to their requests in an efficient and timely manner. The roles support the Fleet Manager in maintaining existing customers and maximising all incremental business opportunities.  Due to our current and potential volumes we are looking to hire 2 candidates.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the role is responsible for…

  • Responding to all customer requests professionally, ensuring that all tasks including quotations are completed accurately and within the KPI's
  • Providing resolution of any customer inquiries including quotations, vehicle orders, general inquiries 
  • Running, analysing and distributing monthly fleet reports to management
  • Operating as a team player to ensure customer Fleet expectations are met.

To be successful in this role you need…

  • Excellent verbal communication, rapport building & account management skills 
  • High levels of numeracy and organisation
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and convert into new leases
  • Intermediate proficiency across the MS office suite
  • Knowledge of Leasing products and services would be an advantage.
  • Previous Sales or Account Management experience
