We are seeking a Fleet Account Consultant to be responsible for all day-to-day account management. Providing a high level of customer service to our clients by responding to any requests in an efficient and timely manner. The role will also support the Fleet Manager in maintaining existing customers and maximising all incremental business opportunities.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will be required to:

• Respond to all customer requests professionally, ensuring that all tasks including quotations are completed accurately and within the KPI's.
• Provide resolution of any customer inquiries including quotations, vehicle orders, general inquiries.
• Run, analyse and distribute monthly fleet reports to management.
• Awareness of and compliance with health and safety legislation.
